My Thoughts On Microsoft CRM 4.0

I have really started getting into Microsoft's latest version of their Customer Relationship Management product, Dynamics CRM 4.0. As with any product I work with in IT I look at how can this product make business more efficient.
What processes will this improve and will this product enable the company to make more money. I have always taken this viewpoint even when I was working in more of a helpdesk role years ago. If a product doesn't improve user efficiency what is the point of using it.
So far I really like CRM 4.0, the ease of customization is what has impressed me thus far. Having taken several db classes I was well prepared for the jargon that one needs to use it successfully (no DBAs needed here). Entities, attributes and N-to-N relationships are required knowledge. From an end user perspective the Outlook integration is top notch. Any calls or emails that the user has scheduled and are needed to be attended to will show up in the outlook tasks and remind the user to do them. I can't wait to get into Workflows! I want to automate everything!!!
I have been learning and doing my research on CRM 4 by using the following books and websites.
